Maryland Women’s Heritage Center

The Maryland Women’s Heritage Center (MWHC) is the only organization in the state and one of the few in the country completely devoted to telling and preserving women’s stories.

We are the non-profit that applied for and received the grant that funded the Memories of the WIE Project. We currently are located in the building at 33 Charles Street. Come visit us sometime and enjoy learning about Maryland women who have changed history.
